Harm and Tullys Event Center Bloomfield NE The Harm and Tulleys Event Center is a 300' x 100' all steel insulated building. The indoor arena size is 250' x 96'. We have handicapped accessible restrooms and showers, concession stand, office, and crow's nest/announcer's booth (all are heated in winter months). We can provide a PA system/bleachers/poles/barrels in most cases. We do have materials for a trial class also. We are located on the Knox County Fairgrounds in Bloomfield, NE (approx 50 miles north of Norfolk). There is an outdoor arena on the Fairgrounds also which measures approx 200' x 90'. Rental for the indoor arena is $250/day for 4-H/FFA and $300/day for all other events. Proof of insurance may be necessary. If an event does not come with insurance an extra fee may apply to acquire the necessary insurance coverage. We do not have horse stalls on the fairgrounds at this time. However, we can make arrangements for stalling horses at nearby locations if necessary. Camper/electrical hookups available on fairgrounds for $5/day. More info on the fairgrounds and pictures of the facility is on our city's website www.ci.bloomfield.ne.us. We have hosted barrel racing, cutting, reining events and are willing to work with all groups/disciplines. Attached is our rental contract.
